Returns & Exchanges

No returns allowed on any items. All sales are final, except for if flaws in workmanship are found (as long as label has not been removed).

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase that is unworn and has the label intact, we are happy to open a case through our support team. Please contact us at support@epathleticwear.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. In the event that an item is approved for return, only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 30 days of when item was delivered to you.

Return Shipping

In the event that your product(s) gets approved for return/refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. If you are shipping an item or items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all labels need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
